About Us

Hello my name is Brooke, I am making this blog to help normalize kids with kidney disease and being on dialysis.  To help families see our daily lives and things that we do, what we go through and our experiences.  

Madison was born with cystic dysplasia, she had cyst in both of her kidneys. 

When she was born doctors gave her a 60% chance of survival.  They actually gave me and my husband a choice to let her die peacefully, in her sleep, instead of going through all the stress and surgeries in her life, basically to make our lives "easier" instead of pushing to move forward.
